Doba Dash gives you an entire bird eye view of where your dropshipping business currently is and a few areas that may need attention.
● Daily/Monthly Sales Reporting
After login, you will have direct access to the daily and monthly orders count and sales. Using the dropdown menu to select either "All Platforms" or "All Stores," you will know just how your business is doing.
● Products with Updates
This section alerts you if any product details are changed, such as Price, Inventory, Status, and New Variants. It is an excellent feature to easily remove out of stock products, adding new product variants, changing pricing, updating inventory level, etc. without skipping a beat.
● Orders Status
This section highlights the orders' status that you are most concerned with: Unpaid, Unshipped, and Shipped.
Now let's take a look at a few steps you should take before making your first order.
1. Select Pricing Plan
We have subscription plans for any size business. We are giving you access to more products and the advantage of more Doba features. We recommend you choose a plan that works for you first.
2. Connect Stores
Please take advantage of our seamless integration with popular marketplaces and e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, and more. Please add and enable at least one store with your Doba account to get started.
3. Add Doba PrePay to Fund Orders
Doba PrePay payments help avoid you from making tedious payment processes every time you place an order. Using the PrePay payment option also saves you 3% on all orders.
4. Search Products
Doba provides access to over 1,000,000 products for resell and is always adding new suppliers and trending products to our catalog. It doesn't matter if you are new to dropshipping or an established business; you can find products to fit your niche. The easy-to-use product filter allows you to sort and filter products by price, quantity, country of origin, product content, and more.
5. Add to Lists
After you have found products you want, add them to your "Import List" or "Download List." Products added to an "Import List" can be synced automatically to your store(s) on Shopify, eBay, and more with just a few clicks. If you want even more control over the sync feature, add your products to "Download List" instead; this enables you to download the product information and organize products your way.
6. Import Products to Stores
As we mentioned before, importing products is so easy! Import products to your stores from the "Import List" or "Download List" page. After successfully added, your products will sync to your store(s).
7. Connect Products
If you plan to import products to your store via manual bulk file upload, it is crucial to connect your store products and the corresponding products syncing Doba. After completing the link, orders generated from Amazon, eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce will be automatically synced to your Doba account. With the manual work saved, you can focus your attention on closing more deals!

1. Purchase Orders
Whenever you receive orders from customers, orders will be automatically synced or manually created within your Doba account. You can also use Doba's bulk order upload tool to upload multiple orders at one time, then place the corresponding purchase orders. Once completed, orders are sent to your customers.
2. Tracking No. Record
With Doba's Order Life Cycle fulfillment engine, both you and your customer will always know an order's status. Once the tracking numbers are generated, you and your customers are updated.
